CaseAnalysis: Creativity and Hard Work

Q1

Surely, the way a company’s administrator treats the employees is the sameway they handle the clients. If the management makes these peoplefeel at ease, then they will replicate the same when dealing with thefirm’s customers. Workers need to be motivated in between strictrules (Montaget al., 2012).They are supposed to be guided that the company’s ethics are notthere to oppress them but to ensure they produce effectively. On theother hand, if you treat them badly, they will replicate the sameanger to the clients. The workers may tend to fake a smile whileserving the customer, but in the case where the client needs muchattention and service, the employee may exhaust the smile. EvenRichards relaxed some of the previous rules on the workers’ dresscodes, to ensure that they do not feel offended. Rules must be thereare workplaces, but they should be designed not to burden theworkers.

Q2

Itis true that creativity requires hard work. Montaget al. (2012) provide thatno one was born highly creative. It is based on the cognitiveprocesses that are shared among people. It is not the outcomes ofsome magic brain area that some individuals have and other do not.Creativity is not some magical trait as some people hold that myththat everything that a creative person touches turn into gold. Youhave to be diligent and work hard. It applies in marketing andadvertisement since creative individuals must spend lots of time inpreparation. It is arguably less possible to come up with a fineadvertisement in your first try without consulting other people orresearching on your own. One has to learn a lot about the subjectmatter. Arguably, most creative works come from collaboration anddiligence.
