Healthcareis a very critical entity in the lives of human beings. Healthfacilities use different approaches to solving patient-relatedproblems. The healthcare services focus on solutions, thus thechosen way of intervention must have positive impacts on the patientwithin the shortest time possible. Evidence-based intervention isvery fundamental in healthcare. Unlike other means of control andprevention, it uses real evidence to find solutions for the patient’sproblems. To successfully implement the intervention, it ought to gettailored to fit the system that is an important aspect (Prasad &Ioannidis, 2014). Therefore, this research paper outlines ways ofadapting the evidence-based intervention to meet patient expectationsand maximum effectiveness in recovery.
Theevidence is fundamental in mentioned form of healthcare practice. Thehealth facility uses the practice to help patients out of thesituation at hand. However, resources must be available for theentire process to be successful. For the interventions to beeffective, the approaches must be systematic. Planning the waythrough which action will take place is the first critical entity.The planning entails asking relevant questions to acquire theevidence the best available evidence and evaluating the environment.Afterward, the organization must have appropriate individuals toengage in the process. The people include nurses and other medicalpractitioners (Prasad & Ioannidis, 2014). They should becompetent and experienced in the field to make the processsuccessful. Furthermore, the execution of the implementation plantakes place procedurally but to make it better, each situation shouldhave a separate design for implementation considering that cases andprimary evidence vary. Nurses should understand the patient`sconditions and refer to the existing database in previous casesbefore administering care.
Insummary, the entire system of evidence-based intervention getsevaluated to determine whether the plan was successful or it requiresmore changes as discussed in the above paragraph.
