Anorganization’s success highly dependsonwiththe levelof managementstyle integratedintothe firm both internal and external. Proper management scheme helpslargely in solving company’s problems, staff satisfaction,and constancy, overcoming external threats and later increaseproductivity.

Accordingto PeterDrucker right management style helps the institution as a whole andeven individual worker on their day to day operation. Adequateand supreme masterplan will be of great importance to the organization (Drucker,2009).It will help to come up withfundamental rulesand guidelines which are in line with the industry people’s trustamong the senior management level and their subordinate staffs whowill automatically improve. Secondly, due to the efficientadministration, the firm will adapt and innovate new technology thusleading to higher investment returns(Management styles, 2012).Also,management style also should not focus only on internal operationsfor its growth but alsoinclude theexternal parties like customers, competitors, distributors,government regulation and the general public around for socialwell-being and not only profit maximization on its primarybusiness.

Accordingto the proper management method expected outcome,there is a major managing style to be avoided. Oppressive, wherebytop officials should not enforce and decide on their employeeswithout any realinvolvement on staffs decision and ideas. Thiscanreduce employee’s morale on their allocated task (Drucker,2009).Here employees should not be controlled but motivated by giving themachanceon company’s decision making.(Zaineb, 2011).External parties,on the other hand,are of great important tosubstantialgrowth.Thereforethey should be handled in a rightway.

Inconclusion, a sound management styleis mostly dealt with by the managers whomshould also pay attention and allow their fellow minor staffs onmaking decisions which may be effective intheir final critical decision-makingmoments.
