Divisionof power acts as the significantbenefitof the nationalpolicyherethe federalgovernment has an easytask to monitor over somebroadissues like a terroristattack and crimes by dedicating certain duties to regional or locallevel so being of great beneficial to the country growth as a whole.Separation of authority will involve different individuals working inother small government authorities participate in decision makingwhen in need. Therefore, it will enhance health understandingrelationship betweenthe variouslevels of government staffs and the citizens’ at large(Asresahegn, 2015).

Onthe other hand,despite federal government having an advantage still conflictresolution over power tends to be aprimaryconcern to its success. Here people from a differentform of government fights over certain powers to be dedicated andcontrolled by them over the other. Forexample, theregionalgovernment feels like is the best to control health and educationsector over the central government. Therefore, the conflict mightrise to a lackof cooperation between staffs, increaseof strikes within the citizens thus hindering economy success.

Followingthe above advantage,a country can still develop by maintaining segregation of dutiesproperly through accepted constitution by the people. Educating thesociety on the importanceof federal government when in general so at to speed and sustaineconomy success at large.

Accordingto the downside side,it can be done away by educating the citizens on the importance ofdedicating dutiesto particularlevels of government.
