The clients have any option to move from one business orservices to another due to a varietyof suppliers. Also,the purchasing power of consumers affects a lot especially when aclient buys in small quantities. The force tends to be risky toventure in since the clients are the ones with the powerto determine prices (Grundy,2014).Inthis case,the business may realize setback towards achieving it set targetssince at one point client may decide on anamountthat does not favor the firm.
