Similarly, there isneed to control the employee costs at every department to help meetthe overall cost reduction strategy of the firm. The inception of theprofound information system has the effect of ensuring that thesetasks are well coordinated in such a way that they less time is usedat the same time more accuracy in the transmission of data isachieved. The real-time communication on the updates of the payrollissues by the new payroll system will help create a good ambiance fortransparency and accountability within the workplace.
