Team Management


Team management is the leadership style that will more likely enhancethe results that an organization might get. More important, the waythat it stresses on the interpersonal relationships and the dutiesshow how crucial it is. For instance, it helps in making theemployees happy and that also enhances their productivity. This essaywill prove how team management style is the most efficient approachsince it improves the relationships and makes sure that theorganization has enough factors that will make the employees moreproductive as well.

Team management often insists on the interpersonal relationships thathelp the leader to understand the works efficiently. For instance,the leader will identify the interests of the members as well astheir weaknesses. In the process, the management will even makedecisions or changes that consider their concerns to make sure thatthe team is on the right path. Besides that, team management alsostresses on the tasks, and it urges the members to finish their goalsright on time (Williams, 2015). The leader will be able to empowerthe members and motivate them as they strive to implement some oftheir objectives as well. In fact, the interpersonal relationship ismore likely to initiate respect and trust that will be crucial inachieving the goals that will make sue the organization succeeds(Williams, 2015). The personal interaction also assures the employeesthat the management appreciates their presence in the organization.The happiness and the satisfaction of the employee will also resultin an improvement of the productivity. As a result, it will be mucheasier to achieve the goals that the organization has, and the leaderwill understand how to enhance their effort and skills as well.

However, team management might have different limitations that willprevent the members from acquiring the goals specified. For instance,some of the members might be reluctant in engaging in the activitiesthat will achieve their objectives. Instead, when the team leaderfollows up on their tasks, they might feel like they need some spacewhile working. In the process, the style might also create conflictsif one or two of the members are not ready to finish their tasksright on time (Williams, 2015). On the other hand, the poorcommunication might create misunderstandings that will interfere withthe relationships between the members. In fact, when the members areunable to understand each other, then it will be less likely toachieve the goals and objectives that the group has (Williams, 2015).Furthermore, the leaders might focus on the interpersonalrelationships and ignore the tasks that need to be implemented. Inthis case, the leader will undermine the effort of the organizationsucceeding since he or she had focused on establishing rapport.Hence, it is difficult to balance the duties to be accomplished aswell as the respect and the trust.

In conclusion, the team management style will help in ensuring thatthe leader and the employees relate efficiently and they are able tocoordinate in achieving the organizational objectives as well. Moreimportant, the leader and the employees will create a properrelationship where they will engage in discussions and other ways toimprove their work as well. In the process, even the employees willfeel appreciated and a part of the organization. A motivated employeewill more likely invest his or her effort in ensuring that the teamsucceeds in all its endeavors. Hence, it is clear that the teammanagement approach maximizes the production and makes sure that theemployees are focused towards making the organization a better placefor everyone as well.
