I.Introduction

TheUnited States should have helped Germany recover from World War IIhaving suffered significant losses, both in the lives of people andloss of industrial power which adversely affected the growth of itseconomy.

Germanyhad lost its industrial power and thus needed support to get on itsfeet once again.

WorldWar II left German Civilians and most families disillusioned,traumatized and afraid.

Mostof Germany’s cities were severely damaged

II.First Reason

Germanyhad lost its industrial power and thus needed support to get on itsfeet once again.

A.Germany was facing industrial crisis having lost its industrialpowers. Mass production of products was no longer taking place inGermany, and for it to have recovered fully from such, it was a goodidea for the US to help it get on its feet again having lost a lot.

B.The downfall of industries led to the downfall of employment rateswhich affected Germany’s economy.

III.Second Reason

WorldWar II left Germany Civilians and most families disillusioned,traumatized and afraid.

A.after World War II most parents had been separated, people lived infear and traumatized of what they had seen happen during the war.

1.Germany civilians needed the US to support them in resettling afterthe war.

2.Counseling by the US would have helped Germany Civilians to move onafter World War II

B.The Germany civilians needed people to reunite them with their familymembers who were displaced during the war.

1.During the war, many were displaced

2.Germany Civilians needed assistance in reuniting with family members.

IV.Most of German’s cities were severely damaged

  1. Most of Germany’s cities got injured and thus needed to be reconstructed for Germany to get to its feet economically.

  1. The closing chapter of World War II is full of the heavy bombing which led to massive destruction of its cities.

  2. The US should have intervened in bringing Germany to its former self

B. The bombing of the major cities in Germany resulted in unemploymentand diverse effects on Germany economy.

1.Many people were left unemployed after the bombing of the majorcities in Germany.

2.Reconstructing the key states by the US could have helped many peopleget their jobs back, and Germany is recovering from the War.

V.Conclusion

TheUnited States is supporting Germany after the Second World War wouldhave been the best thing for the Germany civilians and the Germanystate at large regarding its social, political and economic growth.

Theclosing chapter of World War II left various effects on the people ofGermany and its economy at large (Weinberg, Gerhard L. A). Germanysuffered significant losses both in the lives of people and theindustrial power that for a long time it had taken pride. Consideringthese and many side effects of World War II on Germany, the UnitedStates of America (USA) should have helped Germany to recover fromthe consequences of the war.

Accordingto (Weinberg, Gerhard L. A ) Germany had lost its industrial powersdue to the manufactured crisis experienced. Industrial massproduction was no longer taking place in Germany. Therefore, forGermany to get from this, it needed a Superpower like the US to lendit a hand.

WorldWar II left Germany Civilians and most families disillusioned,traumatized and afraid. For these people to have fully recovered fromthis state, they indeed needed the US as a superpower to engageitself in the process of counseling the Germany civilians andreuniting them with their loved ones.

Also,World War II left principal cities of Germany damaged havingexperienced severally bombings that led to mass destruction ofproperty and goods. It destroyed the economy of Germany a great dealand resulted in people losing their jobs which saw massiveunemployment. Therefore, for Germany to have gotten back to its feetsmoothly, it needed USA’s support.

Inconclusion, the US lending a hand to Germany would have seen a quickrecovery of Germany’s civilians and state at large regarding socialand economic development. It would have helped Germany to realizegrowth in its industries, economy and better living standards of itspeople.
